- The tree will be handpicked by our team

- The tree will be delievered to your front door only

- The delivery driver will not set the tree up for you

- Trees will be delivered between 7am - 8pm on Saturday 7th December.
You will receive a message the day before, advising of your 2 hour delivery window
- If you are not at home, the tree will be left in a safe place for you

How will your tree will be delivered?
- Your tree comes in netting with the base of the tree freshly cut, along with tree care instructions
- If you're not there, we will leave the tree outside your home in a bucket of water and pop you a message as to where we've left it, we hold no responsibility for your tree if it is left outside your home. Please make every effort to be there for your delivery time

 

 Delivery & set up - $135 

By ordering delivery and set up you agree to the following terms:

- The tree will be handpicked by our team
- You have ordered one of our CINCO tree stands or have your own stand suitable to hold the tree size you have ordered. If you're providing your own stand, please ensure it's completely set up and ready to have the tree placed in it. (We will bring spare stands incase your stand doesn't fit)
- Please ensure the area you would like your tree to be placed, is clear and ready to go before we arrive
- The tree will be delivered between 7am - 8pm on Saturday 7th December.
You will receive a message the day before, advising of your 2 hour delivery window
- If you're not there, we will leave the tree outside your home in a bucket of water and pop you a message as to where we've left it, we hold no responsibility for your tree if it is left outside your home. Please make every effort to be there for your delivery time. We cannot offer a refund if you are not home when we deliver the tree.

How will your tree be delivered and set up?
- Your tree comes in netting with the base of the tree freshly cut, along with tree care instructions
- The tree will be unwrapped and securly placed in it's stand and moved into the desired location in your home (ensure you order a stand if required, stands don't come with the tree)

Things to think about when choosing the location for your tree
- Somewhere out of direct sunlight and aircon

Prep ahead - It can be messy
The set up can leave needles on the floor, so we advise an old bedsheet or picnic blanket to be put down if your worried about the floor while we set up.
 

Free mulching

We offer free mulching at The Flour Mill, Summer Hill every January. Details are emailed out closer to the time, so ensure you're subscribed to find out more info.

 

 Pick up in January - $25 

You must do the the following things for a paid pick up:

- Remove ALL decorations and lights

- Place your tree on the road side council strip on Sunday 5th January before 10am

- Ensure the tree isn't blocking any paths or inhibiting people getting out of their cars

 

Your tree will be picked up between Sunday 5th January 10am and Monday 6th January 10pm.
If your tree isn't out on the council strip between the above times you will need to dispose of the tree yourself and there will be no refund. 

Refund policy

We want all our customers to have a fabulous looking tree for as long as possible, so we will do all we can to guide you on how to care for it when you get it home. 

Once you have purchased a tree it is your responsibility to follow the tree care guidelines available on our website and provided to you on the day.

On the rare occasion that your tree changes colour drastically within a week, then we will refund you the full amount or replace your tree. Photo evidence will be asked for in this case.

If you have reserved a tree, you must pick it up on the date and hours stated. If you do not, we cannot guarantee your selected size tree and or stand, will be available.
We do not offer a refund for items not picked up on your selected date and time.

If you cannot find a tree that suits you on the date and time you have selected for pick up, we offer a full refund.

We have an extensive range of trees so you may still of course pick up a tree from us on another day but come early to avoid disappointment.
If you change your mind after placing your order, there is a $15 admin fee to cancel your order.
